This week...

I kicked butt today at the gym... I was able to hold a plank and do knee ups and Bosu Ball Whiteouts (I think they should be called Bosu Ball Blackouts... because when I was done I thought I was going to blackout)... I weighed myself today... weighed in at 218lbs, that means 50lbs in total... so excited. I am feeling stronger and more confident, I'm no longer embarrassed to excerise amongst the fit pretty people at the gym, I figure we all need to start somewhere, mine is here.  I can do this, it's just going to take time.  These pictures are courtesy of my trainer Justine, need any nutrition tips check out her blog, at http://www.nutritiousgossip.com/.


The more I run, the more I love my body, not because it's perfect, far from it, but because with every mile it is proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible.
