This year my sister Sandra and I completed in our first 5K ... We wanted to choose a 5K with pazazz, so we decided on the Rock n Roll Los Angeles. She averaged 15:42 minutes a mile, while I took it a litter slower at 16:35 minutes a mile. We can't wait for our next one...
